Can You Return Plants?

  • No, we cannot accept returns on plants due to the delicate nature of plant transport. Plants are sensitive and might experience stress during the shipping process, which could affect their condition.

  • Rest assured, we guarantee that all plants will be delivered to you in excellent condition.

Note: Although plants may look slightly stressed after transit, with proper care like sunlight and watering, they will quickly recover to their healthy state.

Can You Return Non-Plant Products?

  • Yes, we accept returns for non-plant products that are damaged upon arrival.

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused or unopened items within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

  • Please contact our customer support to begin the return process.

What to Do if You’re Not Happy with Your Product?

  • If the product you received is not up to your expectations, you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process either a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method.
